NOC SUPER PRIMER 2 in 1 Water-based is made from special quality acrylic resin suitable for both exterior and interior applications. It is an ideal primer for new masonry surface where the alkalinity is like the cause of paint defect for the subsequent coating system. It effectively resists saponification on lime plaster, asbestos cement or concrete. Delivers strong adhesion, stain blocking, stain resistance, anti-fungus & algae and low odor. Pigmented primer provides outstanding high–hiding properties that help get the job done faster and with fewer coats of paint. Environmentally friendly with no-added lead and mercury.

New Surface

  • Allow the surface to dry completely
  • Clean surface, ensure it free from dirt and grease

Previously Painted Surface

  • If previously paintwork is still in good condition washing down with clean water or brushing to remove dust and dirt.
  • Powdery and chalky surfaces must be scrubbed and cleaned with water. Fungus and Mildew growth must be clean off with hypochlorite solution and allow for drying out at least 2-3 days
