An innovative PU hybrid waterproof formulated with a blend of Polyurethane and premium-quality Acrylic, 100% leaked protection for rooftop and decks, high flexibility 700%. It withstand water uptake for more than 100 days*, 97% heat reflextion and up ti 8 years durabilities, suitable for all types of waterproofing applications. It is easy to use and can be applied immediately.

Surface Preparation
- The surface must be clean from dust, cement laitance and oil grease.
- In case of mold and algae, brush and clean with Microcill then leave it dry before coating with hato ROOFSEAL PU HYBRID.
- Deformed paint or coating must be thoroughly cleaned before application.
- Fill all cracks wide then leave it dry before coating with hato ROOFSEAL PU HYBRID.
- Repair big cracks on surfaces with Self.
– Levelling Cement
- Polish the rust on metal surfaces prior to coating.

Storage : Do not expose to direct sunlight.

Application
- Stir well before use, especially tinted.
- Mix hato ROOFSEAL PU HYBRID with clean water in the ratio of 3 : 1 and apply as the primary coat, leave it to dry for 2 - 4 hours approximately.
- Apply a first coat of hato ROOFSEAL PU HYBRID (no adding water) then leave it dry for 2-4 hours approximately.
- Apply a second coat (no adding water) then leave it dry for 24 hours approximately.
