NEOTEX (Primary colour) provide good adhesion and long-lasting durability. It is suitable for the decoration and protection of all exterior & interior on Masonry, primed plaster, concrete, concrete blocks, brickwork, cement render, ceilings, gypsum, and wood surfaces. Good algae resistance, no lead, and mercury added.

New surfaces Allow adequate time for the surface to dry out completely. The surface must be free from efflorescence. Brush down or scrape off any loose material and cement splashes.
Previously painted surfaces If previously paintwork is still in good condition washing down with clean water or brushing to remove dust and dirt. Powdery and chalky surfaces must be scrubbed and cleaned with water. Fungus and Mildew growth must be clean off with hypochlorite solution and allow for drying out at least 2-3 days.
