Sunbeam adhesive is a premium quality Chloroprene adhesive suitable for the tensile connection. Recommended for bonding a variety of substrates such as wood, laminated, metal, foam, leather, cork and rubber etc. Its specialized heat resistant formula offers excellent bond strength, high durability and a high quality finish.
- Excellent adhesion
- Quick-dry, easy to apply
The substrate must be free from dust and oil
- The surfaces must be clean, dry and free from dust, grit, oil and grease
- Apply Sunbeam adhesive to both surfaces with a brush or scraper to give a uniform coating
- Allow drying for 5 – 10 minutes according to surface porosity, press together
- Apply even pressure to the assembly to ensure uniform bonding
- Use Thinner to remove excess adhesive
- Leave to dry for at least 4 hours
